Would you PLEASE fix fives?

Ok guys. You Implemented GA$' bugs because they provided you with the answer to the question "how can we make him even more broken?". You forced us to relic useless characters, you implemented two more broken capital ships, you reworked, you messed up events and everything. But fives STILL DOESN'T SACRIFICE UNLESS HE'S IN THE LAST SPOT. Now, have you decided to make this an official mechanic? Or are you going to fix this? Please either fix this or write it down in the text of the ability. I know some people are not experiencing this bug somehow, but I experienced it like 10 minutes ago in the TW and it messed up a battle for me.
