Please define "improved" matchmaking

I'm being serious, can you please ask that team to define what they meant by "improved" when they told you to convey that frustrating (non-)information to us?

If you made all those changes to Ahsoka you wouldn't just put "Improved Ahsoka Tano. That is all."
That's meaningless.

From what I can tell, my GW difficulty has easily doubled and I am not exaggerating* (not improved) and the difficulty curve seems to be fairly consistent going from Node 1 to Node 12 (improved or about the same).

* It's still doable, it's just 2x harder. This is based on two iterations since the patch.

Regardless of whether it is harder or easier or indifferent...you can't just label a patch note feature as "improved" for something like that and believe that conveys any useful information whatsoever.
