Galactic Hero Rey Prerequisites

I had the first two sets of characters developed to meet the phases 1 and 2 of the new Rey journey. With the update today, I find I have not met the prerequisite for the event. The tab tells me I have 5 of 6 and c3po and R2-D2 are added in. Oddly enough, the Kylo page also tells me I have 5 of 6 and I actually have none ready. Please advise. Thanks

I just noticed that on the page, ALL characters are required to be relic 7. Is this now the requirement?
