Is my GAC broken?

So in my Grand Arena, I was successfully able to one shot all of my opponent's territories. However, I got through his final ship just as the timer ran out. Being in Div 4, I should have gotten banners in the 1700s. However, I only ended up with 1529. What happened?

For a comparison, my opponent had 1533 banners after defeating all territories except ships.

Looks odd. If restarting your app doesn't update the scores, I would file a bug report.
