Lost energy

I started hard 5E on dark side and as soon as I selected an ally champion and started the match, the game crashed and I lost my 16 energy that it cost to play. I'm just a little upset as I'm mostly F2P and they take a lot of energies to do.
I didn't lose the availability to challenge the battle again, just the energy.
Has this happened to others and is there any way to get them back?

My friend and I had something similar happen a few minutes ago. Both of our clients crashed when we completed battles (one in cantina, one in DS mission). We lost the energy for the missions and didn't receive the rewards. I've had the same issue in the past. Quite frustrating.
