QOL: New Smuggler tier with relic mats.
Title says it all, really. We all know there'll be a new source of relic mats eventually, but it's an end game resource so it doesn't really make sense to have an entirely new heist event. So why not fold it into new tiers of the Smuggler's Run resource event?
