Blank page when trying to buy crystals?

Whenever I try to purchase crystals in game there is no options to do so? Any help would be appreciated, also this is on IOS

Have you made purchases before?

have you tried force closing the app and reopening?

I'm not sure if there is, but is it possible IAPs are disable on your device/IOS account?

I’ve not made any purchases before and have tried closing and reopening the app even deleting and reinstalling the app but no look. As far as I can tell my App Store has IAPs turned on so I’m lost with what the issue could be

Don't buy crystals!! Just enjoy the game. Buying removes the fun and the sense of accomplishment when you actually accomplish something.

Are you using an underage account? Maybe that locks out in game purschases?

That’s what it was, you need to use the web chat and go through a series of questions to get it changed

Hiya mate, they sorted it for me. It was having the wrong age on the account therefore it didn’t have permissions to spend on. You have to get in touch with ea services on a web chat and go through it with them.

Careful..... that is the bug ahnald highlighted that ultimately got him banned !!!

My account wasn’t from China it was just the age settings on the account. Had to provide ID and answer few questions to get it changed to actual age.
