How does JKR’s Leadership speed bonus work?

So I thought that JKR’s leadership gave plus 5 speed for each Jedi or old republic ally, such that if you run 5 Jedi everyone will get plus 25 speed. But I’m wondering if old republic Jedi allies give plus 10 speed for being both. Because my JKRs speed is at 276, and He outran a 315 DR. The only way that makes sense if he got plus 40 speed from his leadership. 5 from GMY, 10 from Jollee, 10 from himself, 10 from Bastilla and 5 from JKA. Is this how it is or is there another reason my JKR outran DR?
