Is anyone in higher divisions use empire fleet and can easy reach top3 or top10? If you do, what ships you using? And what gear of pilots you have?

Empire fleet cannot reach top in mature shards. Finalizer possibly can (but falls very far on defense). Negotiator and malevolence easily can, and ackbar falcon fleet can with high gear. Empire simply cannot keep up
