Arena/ GW turn priority

So recently I've noticed with 100% certainty that the opponents characters move faster than mine. Most specifically dooku. I run a dooku lead most of the time, level 70, GL8, and I have 6* and even a 5* go before mine (in GW). Arena dookus consistently go first no matter what

The 5 and 6* is baffling because my 7* max dooku is easily faster, but when speeds are even (2 7* dookus) am I just a victim of an ugly coin flip?

I have noticed lately that I NEVER move first anymore. Arena Dooku always goes first lately. Glad it's not just me !

Mine is the other way round, I have a higher chance to win a coin toss if the speed is tied, especially in Arena.
