Incorrect disclaimer? Or did I not get what I paid for?

The disclaimer says this awards shards for characters present in the hyperdrive bundle. However, I did not get any of these character shards when i purchased the bundle and I don't actually see that any of these characters are in the hyperdrive bundle. Am I missing something? Or is the disclaimer incorrect?

It looks like it is copied and pasted for all the character packs for the seperate events, with just the name of the event changed. The exception is the C3P0 event character pack, which doesn't state this.

Kind of makes sense until you look at Aggressive Negotiations and Scourge of the Old Republic. All the other events do have characters in their packs that are in the Hyperdrive Bundle.
