Fleet shards

I have two accounts one 6.1m gp and one 3.7m gp one has not been attacked from 19 in three days. While the other gets bumped to the 70s everyday. The one that gets bumped is the 6.1 so stop acting like you don’t have fleet shards that are messed up and unbalanced.

The solution is to put some of those 6.1 GP people with the 3.7 GP ones. Duh.
