Whenever a Dark Side ally gains bonus Turn Meter, they lose 10% of their current Max Health and Max Protection (stacking) until the end of battle

B1 has just 1 health. So if we combine B1 with Kylo, will B1 get less than 1 health ?

They explained Kylo's Siphon mechanic a long time ago and they stated that we can't Drop someone lower than 1 health.
