Community wants more engagement
CG releases puzzle to excite and engage the community
"TONE DEAF"
The community seems to want a response to the biggest issue of the day.
A puzzle would be lovely, but let's maybe deal with putting out the raging inferno that is already out there first?
The community wants acknowledgement first and foremost.
An apology for one of the blandest first halves of the year to date would also go a long way.
So yeah, I'd say releasing a puzzle would certainly be counted as 'tone deaf'

They updated calendar. That's kinda like saying "hey"
No, that's kind of like saying "We see what's happening currently, but we aren't going to do anything about it. Here's a GAC update!"
Feel free to ignore puzzle and try ask for a better calibre of game and developer
Im not interested in their puzzle right now. They seem to think ignoring their mistakes will make things better. It’s time for some change in cg.
Very strange how they run this game. It’s amazing ea hasn’t stepped in yet. The game has so much potential.

Kyno mentioned in another thread there is a potential for a puzzle. I think it was the Community Manager thread.

Especially if it drops at the start of GAC.

The puzzle we need to solve is: what will it take for cg to actually communicate with us about what is going on?
