Pretty much true about CG not changing, but this guy is likely addicted to this game at this point so i wouldn't put all the blame on him.

I believe the term you’re looking for is target audience.
At least based on the stream he did from a few hours ago.
Folks should be punished for continuously breaking the rules of the game!
And I believe CG should give them avenues to cover their game that dont break TOS. But they chose to disband those avenues. 🤷♂️... also, shhhhh. He said don't ask don't tell 😉
