Legendary and new character too strong

Do you think new character, are scrapping the challenge, before the game was for anyone and everybody as a chance, now it's for elite, the new legendary and new character are too strong, if you have them good for you, if not you loose

if you don't have them or aren't close to getting them odds are you won't be facing them

There haven't been a legendary for sometime and I see that as a problem. But not the existence of higher type of toons.

The competition is out for lot's of medium player, easy win or lost, depend on few character
