Mods!
I started farming mods, buy mods if they have speed in them (which isn’t very often.)
My best secondary speed was 21 on a tenacity mod. Here’s the thing, I farm mods as often as I can. Look at the mods store often. All of this in the past two years.
I still never get mods with speed over 21, nor get a mod with speed 21 again. Is it just a bad luck of RNG on my part or is there an exact science to it? As I look at the squad arena, there seems to be players with several very high speed mods and surely that isn’t down to luck?
