Skill Cooldowns
I posted in general because I don't get responses in the bugs section.
I just upgraded barress' 2nd ability and it was supposed to be -1 cooldown. Yet it did not affect the ability cooldown. It stayed at 4 turns. I dropped 15k in credits and used mats for nothing. I have noticed this for phasma's vm as well.
This would help a lot in gw. Is this a bug? Intentional? I don't get it.
