New speeds in the gears 9 and 10 (levels 70 to 80)

I found the gears that increment the speed and with this information I did images to know the new speed of the characters. These are the gears:

A/KT Stun Gun (Mk 3) = +4 speed
BlasTech Weapon Mod (Mk 3) = +4 speed
BlasTech Weapon Mod (Mk 4) = +3 speed
BlasTech Weapon Mod (Mk 6) = +2 speed
BlasTech Weapon Mod (Mk 7) = +6 speed
CEC Fusion Furnace (Mk 1) = +3 speed
CEC Fusion Furnace (Mk 4) = +6 speed
Chedak Comlink (Mk 2) = +3 speed
Czerka Stun Cuffs (Mk 2) = +3 speed
Fabritech Data Pad (Mk 3) = +2 speed
Loronar Power Cell (Mk 7) = +2 speed
Merr-Sonn Thermal Detonator (Mk 2): +5 speed
Neuro-Saav Electrobinoculars (Mk 2) = +2 speed
Nubian Design Tech (Mk 1) = +4 speed
Nubian Design Tech (Mk 4) = +2 speed

New images with the complete list of gears. The previous was incomplete. You can see it in the first post.

I suppose that in all characters will be possible to update to gear 10, but I don't know if some gear of the gear 9 have a minimum level to be equipped higher than lvl 80.
