Another day, another game crash

Any acknowledgement of this, please? I spend 50 crystals a day in arena to this, or Rey bugging out. Now it a costs a WAT shard for 50 ppl. Since Unity update I don't go a day without an error restart, game lockup, buttons disappearing. This is on my phone because emulators are far worse and I wouldn't trust not to have something go wrong less than 50% of the time now. Suppose I can start opening tickets and asking for compensation everytime it costs me something...
