When do TW rewards change?

We need TW rewards to change so guilds that actually care about this game mode get rewarded. We run into so many guilds around 150gp that simply cave and dont even try. The rewards from taking 1st to 2nd are so minimal that players simply dont try because there is almost no incentive to win TW.

Increasing the gap between winning & losing rewards would:
1) Encourage sandbagging
2) Discourage weaker guilds from participating at all
3) Increase stress and disagreements within guilds

Leave them as they are, it's fine.

TW is like “free stuff day” (for all). It’s seems like a rare generous idea from the devs, where so long as you participate - you will all receive nice things.

I think keeping the rewards high for both winner & loser has greater benefits for all players. Going a different route would probably just be discouraging for a large percentage of teams.
Yeah you’d all still get free stuff, but many might feel it’s not worth the time/effort if there was a stark contrast in loot.
The way it currently is, it’s worth the time to participate.
