Grand Arena matchups shouldn't be based solely on GP. A player without a Galactic Legend and Sith Empire or GAS squad shouldn't be facing an opponent who has them.
Matchups should look at the number of tier 1 squads each player has, with tier 1 being GL, SE or GAS.

Every time a new meta toon comes around this argument comes around and it's just not the way it should be done.
The players who invested in their rosters, even inflate their gp, why should they get harder matchup? just because there are players who don't have GA$/Malak/JL/GL??
Each player make his/her own choice how to develop his/her rosters, and yes, it's suck that one matched to a player with better "tip of the spear" characters, but that's the game
