I have the chimera, not complaining about ease to do that. Phoenix was the first squad I got to get a good rebel squad. My point was I have the best DS fleet commander with a top 20 fleet arena fleet that can’t be used in DS TB. Just seems...silly
Also chimera works when you have HT. Surprise surprise, I’m the lowest GP in the guild so I always have to donate my HT so yeah chimera is useless for me

That's what's this discussion is about, yes. Your argument about new players who didn't farm Phoenix doesn't really hold, though, since you can easily unlock a 6*/7* Chimaera. That was my only point.
They don't want to make the Geo TB completely irrelevant like Hoth quite yet, so they aren't going to add more fleets that make it even easier to do the missions.
DS Geo TB irrelevant? Are you serious? How many guilds have gotten 33 stars even once?
My guild completely trashes p2/top & we still only get 30 stars - we're very close to 31, but not actually getting that yet.
Permitting Mal in p2/top wouldn't gain us any more stars at all, but it would be fun to use that ship in battle and it would do literally nothing to make DS Geo TB irrelevant. As a whole, DS Geo TB is still relevant for almost everyone. As a particular CM, p2/top's Executrix Mission is irrelevant to the success of guilds where 7* Mal is common. Killing the Chimera CM & deploying ships with only 10ish people beating the second fleet combat mission is probably enough to 3* the territory.
There is simply no way that changing that one CM would have any effect on star count for the majority of guilds, and it will have zero effect on star count for every single guild without exceptions for those guilds who have hit 32 stars and are striving for 33. DS Geo TB simply can't become "irrelevant" without that territory being trivialized long before.
