TM bar missing

Not sure if it’s been brought up but the TM bar seems to randomly disappear in battles. It’s not really a problem for me so I’m too lazy to make a bug report about it, but it’s still weird. It’s not that they don’t have an empty meter, it’s that it doesn’t exist at all.
