Darth Vader Tie Advanced and Supreme Leader Kylo Ren

When ever I am using my Tie advanced or fighting the Tie Advanced, Darth Vaders profile picture doesn’t show. Maybe it is on autopilot? Supreme Leader Kylo Ren’s head shows up like I unlocked him, but I haven’t gotten a single shard because I dont have the requirements. He has a human head but a holographic body. Just want to know if anyone else is having this happen to them also.
