Requirements

Hey, got a not so quick question
So I know that the characters and ships you do have need to be 7 stars, blablabla. But my question is, do you have to have all of the required characters to participate in the event?
Because for characters I still have quite a ways to go, and it would be nice to know that you don't 100% have to have them; and with ships I basically have a Galactic Republic fleet, but I don't have Kenobi or The Negotiator, the Y-Wing or Rex's ship
So if you could let me know what is and isn't required, that'd be great

Phase 1 requires either Mace or Kenobi capital ship (I didn't have Negotiator 7* when I did it), Anakin's ETA, and 4 other Galactic Republic non-capital ships that meet the requirements.

Phase 2 requires all 5 light side characters meeting the reqs.

Phase 4 requires all 5 dark side characters meeting the reqs.
