JML Galactic Legend Zeta not increasing hp & protection

Jedi Master Luke’s Galactic Legend Zeta isn’t adding the +10% health and protection per relic amplifier level described in the zeta text. Made a big report about it with screenshots here:

correct, you will not see this increase in the stat screen.
