We are doing both Geos with 27/12 stars. We are getting around 25 Wat shards and a few KAM shards. TB is mandatory participation whereas TW is optional. We are laid back, so guild members can work on whatever they want. We try to have fun and be competitive as well.

We are a member of the larger Schwartz alliance which is full of very knowledgeable players willing to help out with advice on all game modes.
We are a fully heroic guild with raid times at 8 PM GMT (HSTR), 9 PM GMT (HAAT), and HPit is simmed. Both the HSTR and the HAAT are FFA with a 30 minute timer on posting solos in the HSTR.
We are making great progress on the TBs and recently picked up three new stars in LS Geo TB and are expecting to pick up a new star in DS Geo TB next. 30 stars for DS Geo and 17 for LS Geo. We are shooting for 31 stars next time in DS GeoTB! We get around 35 Wat shards in DS GeoTB and are picking up a couple KAM shards in the LS GeoTB and aiming to increase that number.
For TW we expect 100% participation if you join. Joining is not required. We have a 80% win rate at the moment!!
