My guild didn't receive full make good for lstb p4 bug

We made it to p4 mid. Were unable to load any battles due to spinning wheel bug.

A few of us received 2 instances if 500 get1 the first day. None of us received crystals or get2.

A lot of other guilds have already received their make goods. Just hoping we weren't forgotten. Any update @cg_doja_fett

Can confirm, I'm in the same guild and didn't receive any compensation.
