Fulcrum Ahsoka no longer in Fleet Store?

Am I getting a historic sequence of bad rolls on store refreshes or has she been removed from the fleet store? I've not seen her shards in days, she's sitting at 81/100 and it's really starting to tick me off.

RE The Mandalorian toons: Refreshes work better than buying the shards from a store, just saying.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we get a new Ashoka if she does appear in the season 2 of The Mandalorian. If they do, I hope they made me a bit more useful than Ashoka (Fulcrum.)
