TW - More Incentives for Effort?

We've had a recent drought of opponents that have put much effort into TW and so it made me think that dropping a few salvage of some Raid, Kyro, G13 Finisher, etc. gear on some of the territories might give us more reason to plan strategies and do more attacking in the Mid to Lower Tier Guilds. The upper guilds would still get their full clears and get the rewards too, but this may generate a little more interest in the game mode as a whole.

For example: (Knowing locations before attack phase) If we needed to take the back middle territory for 3 Kyro Shock Prod Salvage, we may strategize to make sure we get there first. It may also encourage ourselves or our enemy to put super heavy defenses on that territory.

Example 2: (Not Knowing locations before attack phase) We could find out where we wanted to direct our attacks to pick up the most salvage while also trying to beat the opposing guild. Defense planning would be as it is now.

To be clear, I'm not talking a full crafted piece or even large quantities of salvage, but something on the map somewhere that would encourage us to make sure we clear that territory or even our opponents to more heavily defend it. It could shake up the matches without doing the character bonuses that were so polarized between the lovers and the haters. Everyone could use a little bump in hard to farm salvage gear.
