Who to give Stun Cuffs to after lvl cap raise?

I'm closing in on the end of my first 50 Stun Cuff farm. With the new level cap coming up quick, should I give them to QGJ or GS? I keep hearing that GS isn't going to be good anymore so I'm conflicted, input appreciated!

If the rumors about QGJ ability to apply for all allies is true, it's a no brainer who should get Stun Cuffs.

Your GS should already have his stun cuffs. He needs hair dryers for Gear X

I'd do GS first though as getting him to speed 149 makes him faster than Rey and Poe which makes him so much more powerful. And it takes until L74 to up GQ to gear IX
