Tuning change delay

I realize that I'm late on becoming aware of this, but it really stinks. It will cause real dilemmas in terms of resource allocation, primarily ability mats and gear. I'm torn between putting resources into my current arena team and my future team, especially since the composition of the latter won't become clear until after the tuning update. I may just keep horsing resources with a few exceptions.
