having issues getting a forced restart as i enter tw battles

Hi forums, my device is a samsung 6a, i use a 5G spectrum wifi. I log into the game go to tw select who to battle put together my squad, select combat, spinning wheel of death...cant do anything forces me to restart and i lose my squad and the combat. Happened 2x this tw, getting really frustrated. I tried forgetting my network, reconnecting, have over 4 gigs of memory available, any other advice out there?
