Sith and Empire squads

So I’m trying to organize my sith and empire characters into squads. Here are my current squads:
1- Darth Revan, Bastilla, Malak, HK, and Sith empire trooper
2- Traya, Sion, Nihilus, Palpatine, Thrawn
I want to make another squad with Vader, Thrawn, Wat Tambor because I have heard they are great together. I would probably also use shoretrooper but I’m not sure who to use as a 5th. Piett and Probe droid seem like a good options but I only have them at 3* and 4*. Any suggestions? Also who could I use to replace Thrawn on the triumvirate team?
Or am I looking at these teams all wrong?

Plus the thread title seems to have changed now to include empire (Thrawn).
