One fix to the raid

The fact that the strategy is have people sit and wait for guild members to damage the raid, is silly. Either remove rancor speed increases or have some kind of trade off. He increases damage but you increase in speed. Something to make it more exciting then "my phone closed out of the app so now you're left with 10% damage to grind out and most teams can't even take a turn".

    Having dramatic increases to difficulty as health drops per phase leads to the optimal strategy of coordinating everyone to preload and post at the same time. This is not feasible for many guilds and leads to toxic exchanges, stress on officers/coordinators, and people quitting or being kicked out. Just drop this one mechanic.
