GA structure combined with guild TW

What if CG made the guilds TW follow the GA 8 team tournament structure with tiered rewards for rankings 1-8 and you could run it twice per month 6 total TW battles this would allow to track guild banner totals for rankings and you could set up feats and total banner rewards for every 3 months guilds trying to reach Kyber level for rewards.

You must be in the guild for the full 3 months to earn the guild rewards to promote guild loyalty

I'd rather them figure out MM first. Last round our 3 GL guild faced a guild with 25+ GLs. Insert Dumb and Dumber gif here.

That part could be adjusted but You would still get your individual match rewards (3 x per 2 weeks, your 1-8 finish reward once every 2 weeks and then your Kyber level reward maybe every 6 weeks enough for 3 rounds of it? We wait about 3 weeks for our individual GA reward?
