Are you sure it’s been done on tier 3? That strategy is an insane RNG-fest on tier 2 but I’ve never seen anyone pass wave 4 on tier 3.

Yet people are complaining that CT1 was changed somehow and now they can't beat it after 30+ attempts.
They've changed tiers before without telling anyone. Some of these used to be super easy, then randomly became difficult, others I auto'd for months before one day it stopped working.
Bummed Doja didn't confirm T3 remains unbeatable though.

To me this graphic says it all. There is nothing to build towards for tier 3 of this event. The others there are things to work on. This event is only worth a team just strong enough for tier 2.
Interesting. I beat Rebel Roundup challenge tier 2 comfortably with R3 Veers, R3 Starck, R4 Piett, G12 Range and G12 Deathtrooper. Wasn't even difficult, just destroyed everything. That being said, they aren't strong enough to survive tier 3 yet.
As for this particular assault battle, I also hate p4. Granted my NS are non-existent and my phoenix were just barely able to unlock 7* Thrawn, but I do have a lot of trouble just beating bonus tier. Sid hits so hard. Only been able to do it by transferring best 5 dot mods, but even then it's painful.
