Depends on your opponent and your strategy.

Never put the same defense over and over.

At least have some variations in team composition and location where you put them.

Otherwise your opponent can always use GAC history to prepare the perfect attack team to clear your board.

I would ask myself whether your opponent has any way of beating that GBA team. If not, that should go on defence (unless you need it to beat their best team on offence). Then save everything else half-decent for offence and play to full-clear them
