double drops for slicing materials

you may have predicted this, another request for double drop after the change to the characters, but this is a fair petition, there are a lot of characters and we need a lot of mods therefore a lot of slicing materials so this would take lots of time and investment and the slicing system is already very monotonous and need some changes too, but i think this one is a priority over the rest of the requested changes. thanks for reading
