There's still unfarmmable gear in this game?

I started gearing up Cara Dune for Beskar Mando and was surprised when I clicked on Mk 5 Arakyd Droid Caller Salvage that there are zero nodes to farm this on. Really? There's still gear that is raid only? I could *maybe* understand if this was yellow salvage for higher level gear but this is purple salvage needed for gear 10. C'mon EA, do better.

It can be obtained in Guild Shipments and Shard Shop, if I remember correctly.

Correct, and maybe even the GET store, not sure though. Many pieces are also available as drops in other events, not just raids, but that is not technically "farming".

As an example, once a marquee hits the main shipment for crystals, it is considered farmable.

Further, if being available in a store did not count as farmable, we would also have a couple dozen unfarmable characters.
