Can i get a guide on Vader Mods? I know CC/CD sets but what CC Potency CD and Speed do i need? I have
70% CC
104% Potency
192% CD
253 Speed
5.7k Damage

That's not bad where you are for r5. You definitely want a little balance between the stats you mentioned. This is how I have mine set up and it gets the job done pretty well. It will also depend on the team comp you plan on running him with. That's why most people are opting for the balance build so he can go on any team and thrive.
