Level 80 still locked

Hi guys.. Any tips?
I've force closed and restarted the app a few times and then restarted my iPad also. I have completed all level 7 stages. But still unable to train any character above 70. So not sure why my cap hasn't been raised :-(

Have you leveled up yet? Your characters can only go as high as your player rank.

Maybe you've been at the level cap a while, but you have to raise your player level before you can raise character's levels
