Conquest TM gain with padme?

With the data disk Turn meter, you gain 2.5% TM when you gain a buff, but I have noticed that you can also gain TM in a padme team, but how is that possible because you should be immune to TM gain

I assume its for the same reason Wat can reduce his tech cooldowns with the buff disk, bugged

So what? It makes them fun as heck. I'm cool with data disks overriding some abilities. Normal is tricky enough, Hard has gotta be tough, plus you need some good rng for the best cards.
