Can they help out newish players

Hello can CG help out newish players like do a double xp event time to time or help us get new characters faster i appreciate the 2 shard drops but it's not enough i know people will disagree with me but come on it's kinda ridiculous

The double shards helps in more ways than just finishing toons, you now have more time/crystals/energy to spend on gearing up toons. This was a huge boost to new players who are just building up a good base roster.

You get double shards, you no longer panic farm, you no longer wait several months for an event to return.
