Best way to increase GP (fast)?

well you have to gear to relic. promoting also helps you go faster.

Be warned, expanding your GP for the purpose of having more GP is a bad idea and a very likely waste of resources.

There is no reason to have this be a focus of activities. Focus on good toons/teams, and also game modes you like, the GP will follow.

There is "Almost" no reason to increase GP just for the sake of Increasing GP.

I can think of 4 reasons myself.

1. Qualify for a guild minimum entrance level.
2. Increase your "Deploy" amount in Territory Battle.
3. Get into higher GAC division for larger rewards tier.
4. Get into higher TW Bracket for larger rewards.

None of these IMHO is a valid reason to just boost GP in a bad way.

More importantly there are TWO really big downside to boosting GP just to boost it.

1. Nearly EVERYING you do in that "higher" level will be more difficult for you & will reduce your overall rewards after the fact.
2. RESOURCES! Everything you do to boost that GP will cost you some form of resource. It might be needed elsewhere today, or, it might be needed elsewhere later & you don't know it yet. You might even think you have a lot of said resource, but I'm sure all can attest to how quickly almost ANY resource can be reduced when you enter a new "stage/level" of the game & suddenly something is in demand.


As everyone has pointed out, you want your GP to be filled with SMART decisions & characters that you USE.
And you want to only spend resources on on those SMART decisions.

If you really want to increase GP fast gear/relic up your crew members. That will increase both your character GP and your fleet GP at the same time.
