Quality of Life ideas for mods

1. Add a warning to arena and TB when starting a battle if one or more characters are missing mods.
2. Add a global mod save and reset option. Can warn when # of mods could not be reset due to gear limitations.
3. Add option to filter by characters who are missing mods in the mod view.
