SLKR can't prevent revive

Today's GAC, I used slkr countering Nightsister and found that nightsisters can still revive after Kylo Ren defeated them.
Is this a new bug? Guys you can try this in Galaxy Conquest and found a team of nightsister, figuring that they can still revive.
