Did old bugs become features?

Can we get an update on those annoying bugs lurking since 2019 and affect our daily gameplay? HQ Answers have gone silent.
I am referring to ability buttons missing, reported since July 2019 and since then is the culprit of several non-repeating battles lost and the unending (trully) royalty since September 2019. (Maybe more?)
I understand the need to progress, create new things and of course new content, packs, monetize etc, but it would be really nice to get rid of those.
