Returning Player Seeking Guidance

Hello all!
Played years ago and now got back into it. My main focus is to be able to farm Zeta's but so far can't even dent the tier IV Executrix to get it to 5 star. What should be my focus to beat this mission. Any advice as to what to focus on afterwards is welcomed as well. Thanks in advance for any help!
